The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 447, 448, 323, 504, 427, 395, 295, 354, 354B and 436 of the IPC.

The prosecution case, as per the written report of Md. Saffiullah, dated 31.05.2018, submitted to the Station House Officer, Motipur Police Station, is to the effect that on 30.05.2018 at 8 A.M., the informant was at his door, in the meantime, 38 FIR named accused persons and 200-300 unknown persons came at the door of the informant and tried to set his house on fire, resulting into damage of articles worth Rs. 8 to 10 lacs. It is further alleged that miscreants threatened the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and accusation against her is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent. Learned APP submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and accusation against her is omnibus and general, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 453 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Amrendra/- U T
