The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 375 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 30 (a), 34 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

Taking into consideration that the huge amount of liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner.
