2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ara Nawada P.S. Case No. 570 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Shivam Kumar has fired. The petitioner is not the assailant of the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.08.2023 and he has clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nawada P.S.
