Case No.159 of 2014 for the offences instituted under Sections 302 and 120(B) of the I.P.C.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant, on receipt of an information that her daughter was serious rushed to her sasural where she saw her dead body and on query the informant was told by the mother-in-law of the victim that according to the victim some miscreants had come and stabbed her due to which she was lying in pool of blood in the courtyard. The informant presumed that her daughter might have been killed by

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2014 and the charge sheet has submitted in the present case. As per the allegation the petitioner has been seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence.The other co-accused have been granted bail vide Cr.Misc. No.23671/15. On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-Vth, Katihar, in connection with S.T.No.110/15 arising out of Falka P.S.
