Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- I. For issuance of appropriate order(s), direction (s) especially in nature of certiorari for quashed the letter dated 26.10.2021 passed in Ref.

KSK/1071/Rejection passed by Respondent No. 04

Patna High Court CWJC No.1288 of 2022 dt.17-10-2022 2/3 whereby and whereunder cancelled the candidature regarding allocated petrol pump with reference to application no. 15456558701039 after passing order by this Hon'ble court bearing CWJC No.

16365/2021 order dated 01.10.2021 after statement of respondent authorities that respondent authorities shall definitely consider the representation of the petitioner.

II. For issuance of writ/s, in the nature of mandamus directing commanding to the respondent concern to submit initial security deposit ( Rupees 40,000/-) and relevant documents which has not been submitted by the petitioner on dated 31 July 2021 due to Covid-19 regarding allocated petrol pump with reference to Application No. 15456558701039.

III. For issuance of any other relief/s which may deem fit and pr9oper of the facts and circumstances of the case and for which the petition is being legally entitle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to approach Respondent No. 4, namely, The Head of Divisional Officer, Muzaffarpur Divisional office, Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., for redressal of the grievance(s).
