Petitioner is accused in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No.91 of 2014 registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., as on the basis of the information of Chowkidar, the case was lodged. In course of investigation, suspicion was raised by the Police against Md. Taimur and Md. Ramjan and this petitioner. Later on, the Police got recorded the confessional statement of Md. Taimur and Md. Ramjan, who named this petitioner as participant in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23202 of 2015 (3) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 occurrence. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2015, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014.
