Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner no.2 seeks to withdraw the present bail application informing this Court that the petitioner no.2 has been arrested during the pendency of the present anticipatory bail application. She also informs that the prayer for bail of the petitioner no.1 has already been withdrawn vide order dated 28.04.2023.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, the present bail application stands consigned.
