JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA) 10-07-2015 The present writ application has been filed for substantially the same relief for which the petitioner had filed Cr.WJC No. 139 of 2014 which was disposed of by order dated 21.4.2014 issuing certain direction to the State-respondents. Thereafter, it is submitted that contempt application was also filed for compliance of the said order being MJC No. 4846/2014 which again was disposed of on 23.1.2015.
In the aforesaid view of the matter, the present writ application is not maintainable. It is, accordingly, dismissed as not maintainable.
