The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 27.06.2018 passed by a Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 15840 of 2018.

By the aforesaid order, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail but subject to their surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks of the passing of the order.

The petitioners could not surrender within the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8671 of 2020(2) dt.02-07-2020 2/2 stipulated period due to some unavoidable reasons. For the reasons stated in the petition, the prayer is allowed.

The order dated 27.06.2018 is modified to the extent that if the petitioners surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on the same terms and conditions which were fixed on 27.06.2018.

The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.

The modification petition stands allowed and disposed off.
