JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner being mother in law of the deceased is languishing in jail custody since 30.12.2014 in a case in which charge sheet has been submitted for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 498(A), 438/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It would appear from perusal of impugned order of learned Sessions Judge that in course of investigation, it has come against the petitioner that she used to quarrel with the deceased and apart from the aforesaid material, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23396 of 2015 (2) dt.16-07-2015 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 248 of 2014.
