Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.185 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics and nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Second Additional
