The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 488 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that petitioners are named in the first information report. The alleged

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
