Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 399, 402, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 15(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
