The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant named six persons including the petitioner and alleged that they kidnapped his daughter from his house. The victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. disclosed that the petitioner and Gajendra Rishideo kidnapped her and kept her confined in the house of his brother-in-law. They forcibly married the victim with Chandan Kumar but the victim alleged that nobody assaulted her nor she was subjected to any sort of cruelty. The petitioner is in jail since 11 months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
