Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- (i) For direction/order to the respondents to appoint the petitioner on the post of vikash Mitra who has been finally Selected having her merit list at Serial no. 1 dated 12/03/2021 with the 326 marks out of 500 marks in the matriculation examination and having date of birth as 03/06/1993.

(ii) For the direction/order to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.1294 of 2022(3) dt.16-12-2025 2/2 respondent concern to give the other consequential relief/reliefs to the petitioner since the date of selection.

(iii) For the other relief/reliefs as your Lords - ships as your Lordships may be deem fit and proper.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that the grievance of the petitioner is against the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission, and the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission has not been added as a party in the present matter.

4. Thereafter, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty that she shall file an application before the appropriate authority under the Bihar Mahadalit Vikas Mission within 30 days from the date of production of the order.

5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off with the aforesaid liberty.
