No. 01 in the seniority list dated 08.12.2023 prepared for
Patna High Court CWJC No.1694 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 2/3 granting promotion) after giving confirmation of services of petitioner in the light of notification No. 19300 dated 13.10.2023 as well as order bearing memo No. 1531
(4) dated 14.10.2023 issued by the General Administration Department and Directorate of Health Services and to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Gaya i.e. the respondent no. 6 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case the petitioner approaches the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Gaya i.e. the respondent no. 6, by filing appropriate representation, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, in
Patna High Court CWJC No.1694 of 2024(2) dt.07-03-2024 3/3 accordance with law, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
