2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Batia P.S.Case No 65 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 80(2), 103(1), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S.

4. Petitioner is the husband of the deceased and is in jail custody since 18.09.2024.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that the deceased has committed suicide and this fact has been supported by some independent witnesses. He further submits that the dead body was brought out after

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the facts and circumstance and period of custody, this application is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below/ concerned Court in connection with Batia P.S.Case No. 65 of 2024, subject to the condition that petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
