JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 02.03.2015 on the accusation that he along with one Sadir committed rape on the informant but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that coaccused, Sadir faced trial in Sessions Trial No. 311 of 2014/Trial No. 74 of 2014 before the court of Ad hoc, Additional Sessions Judge-IV and after full fledged trial, he was acquitted of the charges as the informant did not support the allegation in course of trial of aforesaid accused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with
