JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 53 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 493, 376, 341, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that one Subham Jaiswal, who is brother of petitioner no.1, has made physical relation with the informant since 2012 on the pretext of marriage and later on refused to marry with her. It is further alleged that when the informant went to the house of the petitioners, she was assaulted by the petitioners and ousted her from the house. Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Gopalganj, in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S.
