Mr. Pawan Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Housing Board, by referring to the statements made in Para-10 of the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent nos. 3 to 6, submits that acting upon the application of the petitioner, the process of nomination has been completed and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner vide Memo No. 1545 dated 09.04.2026 and the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed and, consequently, the instant writ application has now become

3. Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the factual position but, submits that the time-frame may be directed for completing the other formalities.

4. The concern shown by the petitioner appears to be genuine and, accordingly, the authorities of the Bihar State Housing Board is directed to complete the entire formalities expeditiously, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
