Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. 176 packets of Gutka are said to have been recovered from the house of co-accused, Raju Sah, who happens to be full brother of the petitioner and accordingly, the present case was lodged against co-accused, Raju Sah but in course of investigation, the petitioner has been made accused in this case on the ground that it was petitioner who used to bring Gutka from Nepal.
