This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Palasi P.S. Case No. 309 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The materials have come during investigation that the petitioner has participated in killing of 11 years old boy. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
