JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 23-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Special case No. 108 of 2018, arising out of Gardanibagh P.S. Case No. 413 of 2018 for the offence under Section 21NDPS Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He further submits that similarly circumstanced other co-accused Golu Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, vide order dated 17.12.2018 in Cr. Misc. No. 75403 of 2018.
