JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/writs, order/order, direction/directions to the respondent authorities to grant monetary benefits of ACP with effect from the date when the petitioner has completed 12 years of his service (according to ACP Scheme 2003) and thereafter, in accordance with the

Patna High Court CWJC No.3136 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 MACP Scheme 2010 as the petitioner has been given benefit of only one MACP in 32 years of his service, and further for any other relief(s) for which the petitioner may be found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, submits that the petitioner shall avail such remedies, as are available under the law for enforcement of the order dated 21.12.2017 passed in his case i.e. CWJC No. 6512 of 2017. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
