The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 467, 468, 471 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. A Partition Suit No. 377 of 2000 was compromised on the basis of compromise petition. The decree was prepared but it is alleged that some interpolation was made in the decree. A preliminary enquiry was held but it has not come that who made interpolation in the decree. The petitioner is made accused only on presumption that the interpolation favours the case of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 11.08.2014 and he has already remained in jail for more than 13 months. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.23054 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 49 of 2013.
