The petitioner was caught along with countrymade Katta and one empty cartridge for which, he remained in jail custody since 01-09-2014.

No doubt, the petitioner carries criminal antecedent but considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhawanipur (Akbarpur) P.S. Case No. 193 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
