The petitioner is accused in connection with Jhajha Rail P.S.Case No. 17 of 2010 under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the petitioner, being Constable was deputed to carry the pieces of the dead body for Post mortem by co-accused Lal Bahadur Singh except that there is nothing against the petitioner to connect with the crime in question and the petitioner is in custody since 05.01.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13624 of 2016 (2) dt.11-04-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Jhajha Rail P.S. Case No. 17 of 2010 out of two sureties, one surety must be a close relative of the petitioner.
