JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 03-03-2020 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to assail the impugned order dated 27.2.2017 / 17.5.2017 passed by the District Certificate Officer, Sitamarhi in Certificate Case No. 10 of 2015-16 by filing appropriate appeal

Patna High Court CWJC No.3462 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 under the provisions contained in Section 60 of the Bihar and Orissa Public Demands Recovery Act, 1914.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing an appeal within a period of four weeks from today, hence, interim protection be granted for a period of six weeks so that the petitioner can file appropriate appeal and seek interim orders from the appellate authority. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal before the appellate authority, as aforesaid. It is needless to state that for a period of six weeks from today, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner herein.
