JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 357 and 382 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is said to have been caught on the spot when he along with his associates entered in the house of the informant, but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that no stolen article was recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and as a matter of fact, petitioner was caught on mere suspicion.
Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
