Petitioner is in jail custody since 04.02.2016 in a case registered under section 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code on the accusation that several forged documents were recovered from the shop of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner was running photo stat shop and, as a matter of fact, the seized documents are not forged documents and, moreover, the aforesaid documents have not been used. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in
