JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 18-07-2017 Keeping in view the averment made in the writ petition and considering the fact that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending consideration before the District Magistrate, we, without expressing any opinion on the merit of allegation made, direct the District Magistrate, Nawada to look into the representation of the petitioner and take a decision on the same in accordance with law at an early date. Even thereafter, the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the decision pertaining to irregularities and the execution of the scheme under Manrega, he may take recourse before the statutory authority available under the scheme itself for redressal of such grievance.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
