JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but it is alleged that the informant and other injured were assaulted by almost all the F.I.R named accused though it is specific that petitioner caused head injury to the informant as well as his brother giving spade blow to them. The informant's brother appears to have sustained grievous injury on his head but it is obvious from the first information report that one co-accused Anil Kumar @ Anil Singh had also caused injury on the head of the informant's brother and the aforesaid co-accused Anil Kumar @ Anil Singh has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court. Moreover, there appears to be land dispute between the parties and both the parties lodged cases

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15326 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 against each other. Petitioner is in jail custody since 03.12.2015 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Muffasil P.S.case No. 176 of 2015 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) N.K/- U T
