The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 474 of 2019, dated 06.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that for an offence which is said to have been committed on 27.10.2019, the F.I.R. has been registered on 06.11.2019, i.e., after a delay of nine days. The informant appears to have got herself treated in a private hospital at Nawada. The reason for the lodging of the aforesaid case is that the petitioners always opposed the illicit relationship of the informant with one Snehi Mahto. One complaint case also was lodged by one Runa Devi, wife of co-accused/Lal Jee Ram, against the informant of this case vide Complaint Case No. 260 of 2020, which is pending adjudication. Considering the background facts and the nature of accusation against the petitioners, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XIII-Cum-Sub-Judge-XIV, Gaya, in
