Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh Md. Azimuddin ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 The grievance of the petitioners in the present writ application is non finalization of service condition rule of Niyojit Shikshak.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the appeal of State Government, the Apex Court has directed the State to formulate service condition rule for Niyojit Shikshak vide judgment dated 10.5.2019 yet the respondents are sitting tight over the matter.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that committee was constituted way back on 11.8.2015 i.e. four years before the direction was issued by the Apex Court.

Considering the direction to the Apex Court reported in 2019 (2) PLJR SC 454, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Secretary, Government of Bihar to take steps for implementation of the direction issued by the Apex

Patna High Court CWJC No.2087 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 3/3 Court in its letter and spirit and finalize the service condition of the Niyojit Shikshak within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
