The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Dhouraiya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 325, 323 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further he submits that both the parties have entered into compromised the present case. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14773 of 2021(4) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Dhouraiya P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
