2. The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking modification of order dated 09.11.2023 to the extent that Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 406/2022 has been wrongly typed in place of Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 406/2022 and read as accordingly.

3. Accordingly, the order dated 09.11.2023 is hereby modified and the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 09.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 73521 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.
