JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but it appears that in course of investigation, he was arrested and made his confessional statement. Subsequently, some other accused persons were also arrested and made their confessional statements leading to recovery of looted cash from the house of co-accused Benkatesh Prasad. Petitioner has not been put on T.I.Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that except confessional statement of the petitioner there appears to be nothing against him, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to
