The petitioner seeks bail in a case under sections 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended by the S.S.B., Thakurganj and from possession of the petitioner one country made pistol with live cartridges were recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 10.02.2015 and he has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A. Suman, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj in connection with Thakurganj P.S. Case No. 32 of 2015.
