The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was cashier of the company where full brother of the petitioner was the Chairman. The company misappropriated the amount deposited by different consumers, as a result whereof several criminal cases were filed in the nature of complaint by different consumers against the employees of the company, including the petitioner. Submission is that some other cashiers of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4013 of 2019(2) dt.28-01-2019 2/2 company were already allowed anticipatory bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court, vide Annexure 2 and Annexure 3, respectively.

Considering the aforesaid submission, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No.2449 of 2015, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
