This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 399, 402, 120B of the Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits nothing recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Nawadah Town P.S. Case No. 705 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah.
