JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 25-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is petition for regular bail for the offences under Sections 25(1) a/25(1-B)/26(2)/35 Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from possession of the petitioner a mobile phone and a purse containing Rs.1600/- were recovered.He further submits that pistol was recovered from the hut which belonged to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that co-accused has already been granted bail vide order dated 29.2.2016 passed in Cr.Misc.No.9611 of 2016.

Hence, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13507 of 2016 (2) dt.25-04-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Aurangabad, in Barun P.S. Case No.177/15.
