2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024 dated 28.04.2024 registered for the offences punishable under sections 363, 366 and 506 read with section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner, along with his father and four brothers, abducted her 18 year old daughter from her rented house.
4. Heard both the sides and perused the FIR.
5. In the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the averments made in the petition and mainly petitioner's the pleas that the petitioner and the informant's

No.3614 of 2025(2) dt.15-02-2025 2/2 daughter, so-called victim, were in relationship which was admitted by the victim herself in her statement recorded under section 164 of Cr.P.C. and at the time of alleged occurrence, the victim was a major girl and in the present time, both the parties have entered into compromise and also coupled with petitioner's young age and his fair and clean antecedent as well as completion of the investigation against him, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the concerned Court in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 241 of 2024.
