Petitioner is accused in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.584 of 2015 registered under Section 394 of the I.P.C. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course investigation, the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by co-accused Brij Mohan, Ganesh Thakur and Bhola Singh showing the involvement of the petitioner in the present case. Except that, there is nothing against the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 19.12.2015 but he has not yet been put on T.I.P for identification, while the informant has detailed the physic of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13642 of 2016 (2) dt.12-04-2016 2/2 culprits claiming to identify them on seeing them again. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 584 of 2015.
