JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 239 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he was apprehended with country made pistol and live cartridge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.10.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
