The petitioner seeks bail in a case under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession a loaded country made Pistol and cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 13.07.2013. A motor cycle was also recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23561 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 298 of 2013.
