The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghosi P. S. Case No. 346 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 447, 448. 323, 504, 379 and 307 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioners being variously armed attacked upon the members of the prosecution party and injured four of them and the opinion in respect of injuries caused to the injured has been kept reserved, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3497 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 rejected.
