The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-AA), 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from the possession of petitioner two live cartridges of 9 mm. Pistol, one mobile phone and two live cartridges of AK 47 rifle were recovered.

It is submitted that only live cartridges were recovered from the possession of petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 04.02.2015 and the petitioner has remained in custody for more than five months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.23717 of 2015 (2) dt.09-07-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt.
