The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case No. 184 of 2020 (arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 588 of 2020), registered for offence punishable under Sections 342, 366(A), 376(D) (A), 120 B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of POCSO Act.

In view of the above fact and nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
