JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.01.2015 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol, six live cartridges and three misfired cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession. Furthermore, it would appear that prior to institution of the present case, five cases were registered against the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that he has already been acquitted in four cases and he is on bail in one case. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the above stated cases were lodged against the petitioner due to enmity.
