JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

One Ravindra Kumar was arrested and on the basis of his disclosure, country made rifle and other arms were recovered near the Airtel Tower and petitioner is said to have been seen fleeing from the place of occurrence. The aforesaid apprehended accused also disclosed that seized articles had been given to the petitioner by him and except the aforesaid confessional statement of co-accused, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner, who is languishing in jail custody since 07.01.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14065 of 2016 (2) dt.05-04-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-X, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2015.
